Kama’s water broke at 9pm on Saturday, January 1st 2011 while playing Bowling on Xbox 360 Kinect and after 6.5 hours of active labor she gave birth to our daughter. I took few photos of my lovely wife – pregnant with our daughter Zoë Annabelle (well – we hope we’re having a daughter – let’s hope the technician didn’t make a mistake and we’ll end up having to redecorate the room .. not to mention all those pink clothes 😀
Life can easily sneak up on you making you forget about all the things one was supposed to do long time ago. And processing photos I took almost 4 months ago (ouch!) was one of those things. Kama and I arrived at the SPA Studio (Seattle Photography Associates Studio) a bit too early, but we had a chance to see some of the set and makeup preparation and watch models turn into creatures straight from the fantasy world. Last week Kama, Nang and I spent few hours at the Japanese Garden in Arboretum. The weather was perfect and there weren’t many people and I managed to get some few good shots for Kama’s first maternity photo session.
