Another weekend, another event – this time Cherry Blossom Festival which started last Saturday. The Festival takes place in Auburn Botanic Gardens between August 22 and August 30. The Botanical Gardens were full of people and it was really hard to take a photo without having hundreds of people in it. Some people were dressed in traditional Japanese kimonos, while others did cosplay. Here are some photos:
Finally started processing Day 3 of Sakura-Con 2012 as other things in life took priority. With some luck I should be done processing the rest of the photos by tomorrow or Thursday. Again, as with previous posts – let me know if you’d want to get high-res files.

The weekend has arrived and along with nice weather (finally!) came thousands of fans of Anime (Japanese Animation), called Otaku. Seattle Convention Center was filled to the brim with people dressed in costumes from multitude of different movies, series and games (sometimes not particularly Japanese). Legend of Zelda, Princess Mononoke, Bleach, Pokémon, Homestuck (MS Paint Adventures), Catherine, Assassins Creed, Avatar: The Last Airbender just to name a few.
