After witnessing last years Dirty Dash in Kent I’ve decided to join the fun and signed up for 3 big events this year: Warrior Dash, Dirty Dash and Gladiator Rock’n Run. All of them involve some kind of obstacle run (mud, barb wire, nets, ropes, tires, etc) and have varying distance of about 5k to 6k.
